By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms of service:
✧ Disclaimers ✧- I have the right to refuse or stop a commission at any time for any reason.- Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated in any way, and will result in me canceling the commission and blocking the client.zz
✧ Obligations ✧- Please read the entirety of the TOS carefully.-Please respond in a timely manner- Providing references is prefered, but a written description will work
zz✧ Payment ✧- i accept payment through paypal in usd- the client needs to pay 50% upfront and 50% after confirming the sketch- Additional fees will be charged for major revisions after the sketch is confirmedzz
✧ Process ✧-I will start work after I receive the initial payment- I will send a few thumbnails, and we will work out the poses/composition- after confirming the sketch and recieving the payment i will continue the commission, sending wips throughout the process- It may take a while for me to finish the drawing. I will always give an estimate of how quickly I can complete the drawing, as well as notify of any delays.
zz✧ Copyright and usage ✧- As the artist, I have rights over any commissioned works and will most likely post them on my social media- The final product as well as any wips i share with the client are strictly for personal use- You must credit me as the artist whenever posting or using the work anywhere.- You may NOT claim the artwork as yours, remove watermarks, alter the artwork, use it for ai / nfts / cryptocurrency or reproduce it commercially
zz✧ refunds✧- I do not accept refunds once the artwork is completed.- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money at any time.- You may not file a chargeback after approving the sketch.
